New Patient Evaluations We offer both 55-minute and 90-minute evaluation appointments.

Pelvic Floor & Pregnancy-Related Concerns A 90-minute evaluation is strongly recommended for all pelvic floor patients. These cases require more in-depth discussion, education, and examination than most orthopedic conditions. Selecting a 90-minute evaluation allows adequate time for a complete assessment and initial treatment. Follow-up visits may be scheduled as standard 55-minute appointments.

Orthopedic Concerns (e.g., low back, neck, hip pain) A 55-minute evaluation is appropriate in most cases. If you feel your case is complex, please call or text the clinic so we can help determine the best appointment type.

Visit Rates

Through December 31, 2025: • 55-minute PT Evaluation or Follow-Up Visit — $175 • 90-minute PT Evaluation — $250

Effective January 1, 2026: • 55-minute PT Evaluation or Follow-Up Visit — $185 • 90-minute PT Evaluation — $250

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed visits prevent another patient from being seen.

We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged the full visit fee.
